Nationwide Delivery and Terms

All transactions are subject to the following terms and conditions. If in any doubt, please contact us for assistance. None of these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.

Pricing

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and include common charges. Delivery is included in certain areas, but additional charges may be levied for orders outside of these areas.

Placing an Order

Orders can be made via:

  • Internet
  • Phone
  • Mail

With all methods, you will be contacted to confirm the exact price of your order and to double check for any non-standard variations. Once your order has been finalised, we will produce an order confirmation document for your acknowledgement, to be returned by email.

Payment

Payment should be received on or before delivery. Deposits for orders are payable in Pounds and by either:

  • Cash
  • Postal Order
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Switch
  • Delta
  • American Express

For all 'card' orders, goods can only be delivered to the card holder's registered address.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done so in writing no later than seven days after the day you ordered your goods. Should you wish to cancel, you must email us clearly stating your desire to cancel your order and quote your order number. This must then be followed by a formal cancellation note sent in writing to our office.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning your goods unless your reasons for cancellation are validated by our office.

Delivery

Once your signed order is received, it will be passed to our in-house manufacturers for construction and delivery. We aim to deliver as soon as possible, but for general information regarding delivery lead times, please contact us.

When we have received your order, we will contact you to determine an agreeable delivery date. Products may be delivered using our own vehicles. In exceptional circumstances, it may prove necessary to alter the delivery date depending on the level of orders and seasonal variations, but we will consult you should any alteration need to be made.

'Delivery only' orders will be made only to the side of the delivery vehicle, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the building to be moved from the delivery point to its assembly site. Under no circumstances will the delivery vehicle leave the public highway to facilitate a delivery, unless the driver is certain that it is safe to do.

Installation

If one of our fitters are due to install your new building, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the base of the structure is prepared to the proper standards. It is also the responsibility of the customer to secure the building once erected and, if applicable, ensure there is sufficient access for the building to be delivered. Any access problems (through house, sharp turns, up steps etc..) notify us at the time of the order.

If a delivery is not completed due to inadequate information, our fitters reserve the right to make a recall charge to cover any incurred expenses to complete the delivery.

Complaints

We always endeavour to ensure that the produce arrives to you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the problem.

Any complaints made will be acknowledged within 48 hours of the normal office house and will be date with according to our strict guidelines.

General

  • The customer should ensure the building is maintained in accordance with our guidelines
  • All dimensions are in nominal Imperial measurements, unless specified. If you require an exact size, contact us
  • All timber is quality checked before delivery, but as wood is a natural product, we cannot accept responsibility for any timber shrinkage, cracking or warping after the building has been supplied
  • The T&Cs do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure the product ordered arrives to you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or service, then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem.

Any complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of the normal office hours and will be dealt with according to our strict guidelines, in a fair and confidential manner. We will keep you fully informed during this period and will provide as much help as possible in getting the problem resolved as quickly as possible.
